Today (6 Feb 2025), Mr. Chusak Sirinil, Minister to the Prime Minister's Office and Deputy Leader of the Pheu Thai Party, revealed that today the whips of all three parties will discuss the direction of the amendment of the constitution, which the House of Representatives is preparing to consider on 13-14 Feb. There will be consideration of both section-by-section amendments to the constitution and amendments to the entire constitution, which include the drafts of the Pheu Thai Party and the Prachachon Party. However, at present, there are still concerns from members, both MPs and Senators, as to whether a referendum will ultimately be required before the amendment.
