The northeastern, central, eastern, and southern regions will have cool weather in the morning. The mountaintops will have cold to very cold weather, and the mountaintops will have cool to cold weather. People in the aforementioned areas should take care of their health due to the changing weather conditions and be extra careful when traveling through areas with fog.
